Rubby E. Gregg, president, was born in Colombia, South America and has lived in the United States since 1967. Rubby graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.

Rubby has an extended background and experience in finance, financial planning and management sales. She has two children and is very involved in many civic and Nonprofit organizations. She is an avid golfer and loves water sports.

Mary Jo Gray, Vice President of Endara Enterprises, has lived in Louisiana, the Bayou State, all of her life. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Business Administration in 1976.

Mary Jo has 20 years of experience in accounting, purchasing, management and sales. She is also Founder and President of Care Packaging, Inc. which specializes in corrugated and packaging supplies.

Mary Jo is married to David Gray, President of Boucher and Slack Insurance. Mary Jo loves to bass fish and deer hunt in her spare time. They have three teenage children, Misty, Summer and Cliff.
